American Bankers Association, for $850,000. The proposed game plan predicted

with the present Speaker of the House. In addition, one of the firm's partners, Amy
Lorenzini Wren, worked for the convicted money launderer, Tom Delay (R-Texas.)
Another partner, an Ann Marie Clark, contributed money to Roy Blunt (R-Missouri),
the congressman who was listed amongst the most corrupt candidates of 2010, by
the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.

names of OWS allies. They offered to invade people's privacy and even destroy

Will the Real Newt Gingrich Please Stand Up?
One must give credit where credit is due, even as it applies to Newt Gingrich, and
even though there might possibly be a disingenuous motive involved. Newt has re-
cently spoken out against the paranoiac, ethnic-prejudiced policy of shipping unregi-
stered immigrants back from where they came. Deportation isn't presently part of his
vocabulary. Observe:
"I don't see how the -- the party that says it's the party of the family is going
to adopt an immigration policy which destroys families that have been here
a quarter century, and I'm prepared to take the heat for saying, let's be hu-
mane, in enforcing the law without giving them citizenship but by finding

being "truly stupid." The only other conclusion is that he is trying to welcome into
this nation a slave class of adolescent janitors, in following-up on his claim that the
child labor laws are truly stupid. Is he trying to construct a spider's web for Latin
American youth in need?

migrants in their land, because the Jews were once strangers in Egypt. Caucasian
America, by its nature, is 100% immigrant. This means that the passengers of the
Mayflower were all illegal immigrants who were never deported. Thus, the anti-
immigrant stance of the white Republican world is intolerable hypocrisy. Accord-
ing to the hypocrisy, it's okay for whites bearing slaves to come into America, but
not for Latins to enter, despite the fact that it was Latins who re-discovered Amer-

I've seen the typical crew of Latin Americans work, and they were impressive, to say
the least. They were athletic about the trade I saw them perform, and were as talent-
ed in that craft as many Latin Americans were talented in baseball. Could the talent
of the Latin American tradesmen be what intimidates the person seeking said trades-
man to be ousted from this nation?
Concerning the obsession with the Bible possessed by the Southern Baptist mindset,
the New Testament was presented to the world by the Catholic Church. It is literally
Catholic Church property stolen by the protestant world who then took the interpre-
tation of it entirely out of context. That is to say, the Bible was not the creation of
Protestants. Bishops of the Catholic Church once assembled and approved the list
of texts which comprises the New Testament that sits on the desk of even the most
racist Southern Baptist. Yet, the typical racist Bible toter will not give credit to the
ancient Catholic bishops for the Bible he totes.
The traditionally prejudiced Southern Baptist world displays defamatory hypocrisy
in stating the the Catholic Church is a heathen anti-Christ religion that discourages the
reading of the Bible. At every Catholic Mass, the Bible is read. It's simply not inter-
preted according to the Southern Baptist mindset, especially when it comes to this
thing called the Rapture. The Catholic Church, the compiler of the Bible, states that
there will never be such a thing. The Catholic Church was here first. It should know,
no matter how corrupted pockets of it become, from time to time.
Behind the beach house I've inhabited for the past several years (whenever I wasn't
staying in the North) is a married couple who were both intelligence officers, station-
ed in Washington DC. Now, if you think that you are going to have an former agent
tell you top secret info, think again. They're practically paranoid about letting any-
thing slip, being an occasional intelligence officer has been prosecuted for releasing
classified info. However, a lot of information was never top secret, and a bit of info
is now declassified. One thing confided to me was the allegation that education in
this Johnny Reb sector of America is purposely dumbed-down, because, if the na-
tives here were to ever learn the true score of things, they will no longer tolerate the
tyranny of the Good Ole Boy Caste System. The Republican party now carries
guilt by association with said caste system.
The last thing my dad made sure that I understood, shortly before pancreatic cancer
entered his life, was to not be deceived into thinking that the Republican Party was
anything more than a cabal of money grabbers who would put the world into slavery
if tey could get away with doing so. Now, He was an accomplished engineer, mean-
ing that he had the agile use of reason. He was also part of the Battle between Heav-
en and Hell that was fought in Nazi Airspace, meaning that he had insights about life
and death that few people develop. To him, the Republican Party was a heartless
and predatory clan. I must concur, pursuant to my personal experiences. In fact, the
volume of slave labor merchandise importation is proof positive.
Now, Newt could possibly be trying to get a slave class to come to America, or else
something known as a conscience is settling into his mind. The third option is that he
is trying to secure the Catholic vote. No matter what, the OWS Movement, in its
clash with the Republican mindset, is a repeat performance of the clash between the
19th Century abolitionists and the chattel slave economy of the Confederate South.
An Exposé in Bible Belt Hypocrisy
Here is one of the many passages that the Bible Belt has traditionally ignored:

The souls of Bible toters are filled with the cancer of hypocrisy. The Bible is nothing
more than their camouflage, designed to trick you into thinking that they have God's
permission in what they do. What they have been doing has absolutely nothing to do
with Christianity. You might think that you hate Christianity. You are only hating re-
ligious hypocrisy. A tree is know by its fruits. Their fruits fall from a tree entirely dif-
ferent than the tree of Christianity. Whatever be the motivation of a Newt Gingrich
who still has to prove he's humane, he was right in what he said about immigration.

A Republican Congressman's Diversionary Tactic
I would have done things entirely differently than the OWS organizers, so as to give
zero fuel to the Republican Party for defaming the movement. I would have done
things differently, to arrive at the goal of freeing humanity from the Tyranny of the
1%. However, the OWS Movement has center stage, and it is the gravitational
point of humanity at present. It's basically the only show in town. So, it can't be
dismissed as something that should go up in smoke and be forever forgotten.
The Republican congressman of Staten Island issued the predictable derogatory
statement against the OWS movement of NYC. Now, it was worthless in that it
was not the promulgation of a law. So, why didn't he keep his comments to him-
self? In addition, his statement was detrimental in that it increases the level of in-
dignation already possessed by people who are proving themselves to be deter-
mined to finally end the Tyranny of the 1%. Instead of assassinating characters,
why didn't he address the issues? Concerning the assassinations, soldiers in the
field are not availed to shower rooms, either. Are they dregs too? In addition,
any veteran in the movement knows about the navy bath, and any nursing stu-
dent knows about the sponge bath. If this congressman were never at the Zuc-
cotti Park site, then what does he know what the score is, concerning personal
hygene there?
So, why didn't the congressman keep his insults to himself? By his insults, he was
saying that he wasn't going to talk about the injustices that Republicans have been
supporting for decades. He was saying, "I don't want to talk about it." No matter
what he says about the OWS participants, it will not take away the fact that the Re-
publican Party has been supporting actions that caused economic grief to hundreds
of million of people, all the while depriving basic human rights hundreds of millions
of times. The name calling is a diversionary tactic and the hypocrisy of it all is that
a Republican administration gave $700 billion taxpayer dollars to incompetent cor-
porations, free of charge. Whenever a CEO in possession of a private jet gets free
taxpayer dollars, it constitutes leechery, if not lechery, to the heights of hypocrisy.
This also constitutes theft of the people who are now lorded-over by bailed-out
corporations who failed to produce needed American jobs.
The OWS people are like rubber when it comes to insults. However, the observers
watching this movement aren't amused by the conservative Republican's refusal to re-
spond to the issues and grievances of the OWS participants. If you can't refute the
assertions of the movement, then you cannot call it a dreg movement. Republican
Silence to sweatshop profiteering, Chinese currency manipulation, U.S. corporate
failure to pay its fare share of taxes, incompetent corporations getting $700 billion
in taxpayer dollars, exorbitant prices, and other injustices is equivalent to Herman
Cain refusing to talk about five accusations of sexual harassment against him. The
difference is that the various injustices cited by the OWS Movement were proven
to exist.
Somebody needs to send this congressman a book on Nuremberg, another one on
Andersonville, an additional one on Sherman's march to the Sea, and more than one
on the French Revolution. Someone from the Republican State which produced Sar-
ah Palin attempted to kill the President of the United States, doing so in a way as in-
competent and brain dead as Sarah Palin is alleged to be. Do you mean to say that
no one provoked this Idaho man into trying to kill the president? The hateful speech
of radio talk show hosts and the congressional puppets of corporate lobbyist money
has the potential to provoke violence and assassination attempts. For example, Sar-
ah Palin stated on her website to not retreat, but to reload, as if life were a matter of
toting guns and shooting political opponents A massacre ensued in Arizona shortly
thereafter ... in the Arizona to where Palin moved.

pants. He told the OWS protesters to get out of town, as if he were a closet con-
federate Southerner telling Yankees to get off his land. By the looks of things, the

Does this mean that the thousands of OWS people everywhere, ranging from the
honorably discharged veteran to the retired police captain, are all dregs? Well, a
Vatican official spoke in defense of the general premise of the OWS Movement.
Is Vatican City a venue of dregs who are not welcomed in NYC, also? If this is
case, then an eviction notice must be posted on Saint Patrick's Cathedral and the
Saint Patrick's Day parade must be outlawed. For the good of the 1%, of course.

Former Philadelphia Police Captain Ray Lewis Answered the Call to Duty ... at Zuccotti Park
Becoming heroic consists in showing up at a place where you're needed and stand-
ing your ground when you're there. The result is that the life of at least one other per-
son will never be the same again. Ray could have stayed home, watched TV, and
consumed chips. He traveled to New York, as if to be on a mission, instead. The
message which he came to convey was:
"All the cops are just workers for the one percent,
and they don’t even realize they’re being exploited.”

For those unfamiliar, Ray Lewis appeared at Zuccotti Park on Tuesday, in police
uniform. He was arrested at 1:00 PM, yesterday afternoon. He called the NYC
police conduct something disgusting and uncalled-for. This constituted an expert
opinion. In as much, the presence of Ray comprises a hands-on endorsement of
the general OWS movement, giving the defamed movement credentials. Remem-
ber, Ray went the extra distance to get there, as if he were delivering a page of
the Magna Carta. His psychological constitution appears to be a compassionate
one, evidenced by his following statement:
"I have tremendous sympathy for those that suffer. These
people are suffering while the bankers and Wall Streeters
are drinking champagne while looking down on us."

In light of the recent Zuccotti Park transpiration, what is this "OWS vermin" that the
radio talk show host banned in England kept repeating like a broken LP? What is
this "fringe of a fringe of a fringe" thing that the right wing corporate advertising dol-
lar leeches of FoxNews have been saying about the OWS 1st Amendment People?
Parasites? A former Philly police captain? Oh really, all-knowing FoxNews ones?
I don't think so. You, in your snideness, were completely wrong about the harmed
9-11 cleanup crew members who developed Small Airways Disease and Reactive
Airways Dysfunction Syndrome. You are wrong again. It's not a fringe. It's a
worldwide movement where protests occur in several cities in the same one day.
Ray Lewis' cavalry-like timing showed the world that the OWS Movement is far
from over. This is a milestone in history. Incidentally, if you have children who will
one day say that they want to be like Ray Lewis when they grow-up, know that it's
a sign that there is hope in society. When the snide started to write that OWS is ov-
er, Ray's presence spoke, saying, "Not yet."
There are more effective and less expensive ways to put Wall Street and the 1% on
their knees. Half of what the people are doing is venting. When they get it out of
their systems, effective action can then be taken. As a preview, Caesar Chavez and
the Duke of Wellington had the answers, along with Polish Trade Unions. Another
cute trick, in putting the rich on their knees, occurred during the largest corporate
takeover of an insurance company up to that time. Of course, stating specifics will
put the enemy en guard. After all, coaches generally don't give away their play books
to opposing teams.
If people can act in unison, it will be a done deal. Concerning the 1%, the next 9%
are their servants and beneficiaries simultaneously. So, think in terms of the 90%.
Quite frankly, think in terms of the 80%, being that 20% of America holds 80%
of the sway in trust funds and stocks.

As far as goes the Frankenstein moans of those brooders who identify themselves
as the 53%, keep in mind that the two injured vets at Oakland were working men
who would qualify as 53 Pecenters, depending on their expenses and deductions.
Thus, the 53 Percenters don't speak for this so-called 53%. In addition, the other
47% pay per capita taxes, gasoline taxes, sales taxes, FICA taxes, etc. Therefore,
the bully pulpit propaganda of the 53 Percenters are Windbag Bully Tactics, espe-
cially concerning those who get paid more than they are worth. This includes right

The thing about the 53 Percenters is that they tried to act all so tough, as if ready to
engage in a bar room brawl and beat everyone up. They present themselves as the
majority. But, the evidence throughout the cities of the Earth shows that they are
invisible, entirely outnumbered by the OWS participants whom the 53 Percenters
call the minority. Count heads. The 53 Percenters don't register as a blip on the
radar screen. Yet, the radio talk show host banned in England talks as if there is
this massive 53% movement that will overrun the OWS.
Don't be an overweight legend in your Doritos infested mind if you happen identify
yourself as part of this nearly invisible 53% movement. If you attempt to turn things
into a confrontation, you will be traumatized. You will have unleashed raging bulls.
The OWS people are being as respectful as possible to police, because striking a
police officer carries a movement-ending enigma that doesn't exist when defending
oneself against the aggression of a row of 53 Percenters. Of course, it's assumed
that the typical 53 Percenter will want the police to do his/her work for him.
If the OWS participants wer low-life dregs, they would be in honky tonk bars and
not near the Ground Zero of economic injustice. These are OWS camps and not
pleasure palace Studio 54's. The camps hinted at an element of austerity. Living
as such can make a person athletically wiry, after a while. They are where they're
to make a message known. In the process, the are venting. Venting prevents vio-
lence.
People who act tough do so because they are inarticulate. Needless to say, if a per-
son is inarticulate, then he doesn't stand for anything of substance. The OWS people,
on the other hand, are trying to sound like constitutional statesmen in their declaration.
As I stated before, the declaration needs amended, but it isn't dreg trash. It has merit.
It's articulate and its intelligible. Therefore, it requires a response.
Fair warning. Don't be a legend in your own mind. Some people are already at their
limits. What you have going for you is the fact that the OWS people are emotionally
supporting each other, thinking of creative ways of expression. However, there are
lions among them who have protective natures. Being that you haven't registered as
much as a blip on the radar screen in the OWS cities, it is assumed that you are too
timid to go out and pretend to be tough.
Enjoy your couches and Doritos, all the while knowing that someone will come up
with a clever plan to make you look like fools. Anyone who defends sweatshop
labor profiteers is already beyond foolish. Maoist Dictatorial China has been slow-
ly taking over the United States, and you let this happen without objection. You
are traitors. You are also fools, because ...
... if the 1% are content with hundreds of millions of sweatshop workers making for
them billions of dollars, the same 1% would be content with you becoming a labor
camp resident. What they're willing to let be done to sweatshop workers who end
up slitting their wrists, they are willing to let be done to you. They will not protect
you. They don't care about you. You are a dupe to them.
Concerning the motivation of the OWS Movement, its two-fold. One motivation
was the burden of college loan debt in the presence of high unemployment. The
other one was military service in the absence of gratitude by the War Monger Re-
publican Party. It's interesting how politicians and radio talk show hosts who nev-
er saw battle, and who ever never saw military service are so obsessed with high
military spending. In fact, these people neither worked with the Army Corps of
Engineers not with the Peace Corps or any point in between. Yet, they are so
militaristic and goose-stepping tough, with the shed blood of other men.
Concerning Ray Lewis, he served the function of late-hour reinforcement ... a one-
man cavalry. Then in jail, it was a bit of a Calvary. A small sacrifice, in comparison
to those people throughout the world who suffered horrendously at the hands of the
unconscionable 1%. But a sacrifice none the less, with a clear statement attached to
it. And remember, there were Chinese sweatshop workers who did slit their wrists,
being that the abuse was so intense. Therefore, few sacrifices compare to what the
citizens of Communist China often endure, for the profits of the 1%. None the less,
Ray's emerging presence is something that only an avowed liar would treat lightly.

I've had a book on display in a British museum for the past couple of tourist seasons,
co-written with my dad before he went off and entered eternity. Health permitting, I
can go to the museum during the months it is opened. In fact, if ever given asthma
accommodations, I can go to England whenever I please and do cartwheels through-
out Trafalgar Square. This is in direct contrast to the FoxNews affiliate who states
that the OWS are Vermin. He can't cartwheel throughout any British garden. And
why not? ANS: Because he's banned in England. How embarrassing!
Ray Lewis can probably fly to England whenever he wants to, also. Well, if Ray
continues the course he's on, he will be in demand in far more places than England.
For him, this whole thing was a small step. But, for social change, it was an Olym-
pic long jump. Maybe he should run for office. He apparently responded to a pro-
tective instinct.
For those of you with numbed emotions or brooding personality traits, know that
Ray Lewis went beyond the Sound Barriers of Impressiveness. Are there any open
OWS leadership posts for Ray? If not, make one. At least make him a consultant.
Meanwhile, the talk show host banned in England will be the insultant. None the less,
the sight of Ray Lewis, alone, is worth a thousand words ... words that right wing ra-
dio talk show hosts don't dare speak, lest their listeners learn truth.
Pennsylvanians can be such impressive people, even though Pennsylvania's powers-
that-be have been ruthless. For example, Jimmy Stewart was a Pennsylvanian, as
are Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath, Dan Marino, Joe Montana, Tony Dorsett, Franco
Harris, Jim Kelly, and Eddie George of Heisman Trophy fame. Fred Rogers was
from PA too, as were the first generation Barrymores. In addition, Barbara Feldon
of Get Smart fame is from Pennsylvania too, as were Larry Fine of Three Stooges
fame, Jack Dodson of Mayberry fame, Gene Kelly, Grace Kelly, Jane Mansfield,

call the minority. Count heads. The 53 Percenters don't register as a blip on the

yourself as part of this nearly invisible 53% movement. If you attempt to turn things
into a confrontation, you will be traumatized. You will have unleashed raging bulls.
The OWS people are being as respectful as possible to police, because striking a
police officer carries a movement-ending enigma that doesn't exist when defending
oneself against the aggression of a row of 53 Percenters. Of course, it's assumed
that the typical 53 Percenter will want the police to do his/her work for him.
If the OWS participants wer low-life dregs, they would be in honky tonk bars and
not near the Ground Zero of economic injustice. These are OWS camps and not
pleasure palace Studio 54's. The camps hinted at an element of austerity. Living
as such can make a person athletically wiry, after a while. They are where they're
to make a message known. In the process, the are venting. Venting prevents vio-
lence.
People who act tough do so because they are inarticulate. Needless to say, if a per-
son is inarticulate, then he doesn't stand for anything of substance. The OWS people,
on the other hand, are trying to sound like constitutional statesmen in their declaration.
As I stated before, the declaration needs amended, but it isn't dreg trash. It has merit.
It's articulate and its intelligible. Therefore, it requires a response.
Fair warning. Don't be a legend in your own mind. Some people are already at their
limits. What you have going for you is the fact that the OWS people are emotionally
supporting each other, thinking of creative ways of expression. However, there are
lions among them who have protective natures. Being that you haven't registered as
much as a blip on the radar screen in the OWS cities, it is assumed that you are too
timid to go out and pretend to be tough.
Enjoy your couches and Doritos, all the while knowing that someone will come up
with a clever plan to make you look like fools. Anyone who defends sweatshop
labor profiteers is already beyond foolish. Maoist Dictatorial China has been slow-
ly taking over the United States, and you let this happen without objection. You
are traitors. You are also fools, because ...
... if the 1% are content with hundreds of millions of sweatshop workers making for
them billions of dollars, the same 1% would be content with you becoming a labor
camp resident. What they're willing to let be done to sweatshop workers who end

was the burden of college loan debt in the presence of high unemployment. The
other one was military service in the absence of gratitude by the War Monger Re-

er saw battle, and who ever never saw military service are so obsessed with high
military spending. In fact, these people neither worked with the Army Corps of
Engineers not with the Peace Corps or any point in between. Yet, they are so
militaristic and goose-stepping tough, with the shed blood of other men.

I've had a book on display in a British museum for the past couple of tourist seasons,
co-written with my dad before he went off and entered eternity. Health permitting, I
can go to the museum during the months it is opened. In fact, if ever given asthma
accommodations, I can go to England whenever I please and do cartwheels through-
out Trafalgar Square. This is in direct contrast to the FoxNews affiliate who states

The US War Vet Fractured Skull & Ruptured Spleen Club is Open for Business in Oakland, California
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the message being given to the youth of America is that
serving the United States faithfully will get you a broken body and soul when you re-
turn home. Thus far, the Occupy Oakland Movement, one of the most pivotal OWS
affiliates in the land, has resulted in two Iraqi War vets getting seriously injured at the
hands of Oakland's finest ... Oakland's finest thugs who apparently were never taught
that a police officer's qualified immunity evaporates in the presence of police malice.
The Occupy Oakland participants, stationed near City Hall, have received their third
eviction notice. The excuse for the eviction was one fatal shooting which took place
near the encampment, despite the claim that the people involved in the shooting were
not a part of the movement. Now, murders have occurred in Oakland long before
the OWS Movement came to town. It's just that, this time, murder came too close
to City Hall for comfort. Later, the lack of sanitation would be cited as the cause.
Fair enough.
At this point in time, there are three observations that need to be taken to heart, in
light of what Oakland police did to a gainfully employed, non-violent, and honorab-
ly discharged Iraqi War veteran who ever so coincidentally possesses an Iranian-
Persian name:
1} If you are walking alone toward a place where more than two cops are gathered,
and none of them are holding doughnuts, you need to immediately go in the oppo-
site direction. You are prey to be pounced, especially if you don't look Anglo
Saxon white. At the least, don't be surprised if the police engage in an element
of harassment at your expense. At the very very very least, they will make you
feel uneasy, as if you walking is dependent upon their divine approval.
2} Wherever there is the presence of organized crime and government corruption,
there are always police officers on the take.
3} The most dangerous police officer in the world is the one who doesn't understand
the law of (conditional) qualified immunity, and that said immunity disappears in
the presence of police malice. Such an officer is clueless to the implications of
Nuremberg, Andersonville, Tokyo, the Ceauşescu Trials, the Knapp Commis-
sion, the Wickerham Commission, the Frank Jude, Jr case, and things similar.
On Wednesday night, a gainfully employed small business co-owner, in possession
of an Iranian/Persian name, was on his way home, after having participated in an Oc-
cupy Oakland march. He is also an Iraqi War veteran who served on the side of the
United States. Being that he had to go to work in the morning, he elected to head
home, as soon as the march ended. However, the police refused to allow him his
right-of-way, in order for him to get home. His female business partner told the me-
dia that his apartment was literally visible from where he was standing. However, he
was suddenly no longer standing. The police jumped him, as would thugs in a back
alley mugging. The war veteran was doing nothing violent. He was simply trying to
get home.
The Iraqi War veteran's name is Kayvan Sabeghi and he was eventually admitted to
Highland General Hospital's intensive care unit, being that the Oakland police literally
ruptured his spleen. Now, the outrage of the police was augmented by the fact that
Kayvan's plea for medical attention was ignored ... for 18 hours. I personally know
what it is to be crushed at the heal between two 2,430 lb steel beams. Thus, I know
what happens to a person two to three hours after the point of impact, whenever a
brutal degree of physical trauma is involved. Therefore, I personally experienced at
least one of Kayvan's symptoms, and it WILL double you over.
Add to that all else which ensues during the course of a ruptured spleen, and even
though you probably won't feel his pain, you will at least be inclined to acknowledge
the intensity of it, unless of course, you are a right wing radio talk show or FoxNews
commentator who has been doing nothing more than incite animosity and the ensuing
violence against the OWS participants. So, this is the gratitude extended to Kayvan
for serving in the United States military. Incidentally, the name Kayvan means Saturn.

At this point, keep in mind that anyone with the name of Kayvan is not likely to look

don't look white, and police officers who instantaneously realize that civilians will be-
come more distrustful of the police everywhere, to the point of regarding them as the
enemy of the people. This is an efficient police force, to say the least, which makes
one wonder who are the good guys and who are the bad ones. In as much, a badge
doesn't automatically mean that the person wearing it is one of the good guys.
An outrage greater than the beating of Kayvan was the willful refusal to get him his
needed emergency medical attention, while he was in police custody. In light of this,
if the Frank Jude Jr case can result in the federal convictions of several Wisconsin
police officers, then the Kayvan Sabeghi case can do the same for California ones.
And you wonder why there were the Watts Riots and the Rodney King Riots? Of
course, the fact that the police allowed Kayvan to be denied immediate emergency
medical treatment is what reasonably is regarded as criminal conduct, for the pur-
poses of proving criminal guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It's interesting how the
Oakland police elected to brutalize two vets whose records show them to not be
the dregs of society that pampered and cozy radio talk show hosts claim the OWS
participants to be. The Oakland Police must have had a hex put on it by a Voodoo
Lady out from New Orleans. This is Murphy's Law squared and cubed.

the stereotypical right wing radio talk show host who has been incessantly stating that
the OWS participants are nothing more than a bunch of parasites who don't want to

too. Quite frankly, if there is a lazy person who doesn't want to work in America, it's
the radio talk show host who doesn't even put forth outlays of statistical facts on air.
It's the radio talk show host who twists things to the point of telling lies. This includes
the person who told Barbara Walters that he never checks facts ... that he's only a
"commentator," ... apparently only commenting on his make-believe world.

show hosts too untalented to do real work. Think. They sit and talk, in the hopes

As someone who did work in minus 30 degree wind chills, who knows what it is to
be the chute man during concrete pours, who virtually had to play tightrope walker
during inner-city surgical demolition, who knows trench work very well, who plant-
ed scores of 75 to 150 pound trees, and who also knows the need to surgically ma-
neuver heavy equipment in a metropolis while the inspector's watching, I can assure
you that sitting in front of a microphone, calling suffering people defamatory names,
is a super easy task. Any low-life void of talent can do it. And remember, the ones
doing it are leeches of corporate advertising dollars. These talk show hosts are do-
ing nothing more than defending their meal ticket. This is a conflict of interest.
Each defamatory and hatemonger radio talk show host should be removed from the
air for lying about the First Amendment People. After all, no one has the right to cry
out, "Fire" in a crowded theater. This is why there are defamation, false light, and
libel laws in effect. The less-than-talented right wing radio talk show hosts, and their
TV counterparts, have been doing nothing more than inciting contempt and violence
against the OWS participants. They have been basically inciting a riot against the
OWS world.
By any chance, was the beating of Kayvan instigated by the lying propaganda of the
right wing radio talk show hosts who have repeatedly been giving speeches that do
nothing more than provoke the contempt that leads to the violence? People have a
way of getting influenced by radio and television. Nazi Germany is an example. The
propaganda of the Nazi Party resulted in Germany becoming a landscape of craters
and rubble. This is because the Germans brought destruction unto themselves, after
having been conned by Hitler's radio and film-reel propagandists They started out,
by doing untold violence to other nations and other races, including the bombing of
London. They ended up surrendering in mass wreckage. Therefore, following the
propaganda of liars leads to a violent end for the followers. George Bush is the one
who made the U.S. a coast to coast tragedy. Those who toted his line were his ac-

A federal judge in Tennessee specifically ruled a couple weeks ago that police in the
former confederate city of Nashville had ZERO right to arrest OWS protesters there.
The protesters were recognized as citizens exercising their First Amendment Rights
in a place traditionally known for the expression of said rights. It was public proper-
ty. Thus, America once again sees an instance where the former Confederate South
is caught engaging in its stereotypical oppression of civil rights. This shows that there
is no such thing as the "new South." It's the same old oppression. If it weren't for the

The Iraqi War veteran's name is Kayvan Sabeghi and he was eventually admitted to
Highland General Hospital's intensive care unit, being that the Oakland police literally
ruptured his spleen. Now, the outrage of the police was augmented by the fact that
Kayvan's plea for medical attention was ignored ... for 18 hours. I personally know
what it is to be crushed at the heal between two 2,430 lb steel beams. Thus, I know
what happens to a person two to three hours after the point of impact, whenever a
brutal degree of physical trauma is involved. Therefore, I personally experienced at
least one of Kayvan's symptoms, and it WILL double you over.
Add to that all else which ensues during the course of a ruptured spleen, and even
though you probably won't feel his pain, you will at least be inclined to acknowledge
the intensity of it, unless of course, you are a right wing radio talk show or FoxNews
commentator who has been doing nothing more than incite animosity and the ensuing
violence against the OWS participants. So, this is the gratitude extended to Kayvan
for serving in the United States military. Incidentally, the name Kayvan means Saturn.

At this point, keep in mind that anyone with the name of Kayvan is not likely to look
like the stereotypical White Anglo Saxon good ole boy, as if there's any other color

doesn't automatically mean that the person wearing it is one of the good guys.
An outrage greater than the beating of Kayvan was the willful refusal to get him his
needed emergency medical attention, while he was in police custody. In light of this,
if the Frank Jude Jr case can result in the federal convictions of several Wisconsin
police officers, then the Kayvan Sabeghi case can do the same for California ones.
And you wonder why there were the Watts Riots and the Rodney King Riots? Of
course, the fact that the police allowed Kayvan to be denied immediate emergency
medical treatment is what reasonably is regarded as criminal conduct, for the pur-
poses of proving criminal guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It's interesting how the
Oakland police elected to brutalize two vets whose records show them to not be
the dregs of society that pampered and cozy radio talk show hosts claim the OWS
participants to be. The Oakland Police must have had a hex put on it by a Voodoo
Lady out from New Orleans. This is Murphy's Law squared and cubed.
The presence of Kayvan at the Occupy Oakland rally proves false the snide claim of
the stereotypical right wing radio talk show host who has been incessantly stating that
the OWS participants are nothing more than a bunch of parasites who don't want to
work. Kayvan worked. In fact, the first wounded Occupy Oakland vet had a job,
too. Quite frankly, if there is a lazy person who doesn't want to work in America, it's
the radio talk show host who doesn't even put forth outlays of statistical facts on air.
It's the radio talk show host who twists things to the point of telling lies. This includes
the person who told Barbara Walters that he never checks facts ... that he's only a
"commentator," ... apparently only commenting on his make-believe world.
Incidentally, the other Iraqi War veteran wounded by the Oakland Police was a se-
curity software engineer. Thus, he wasn't a dreg or leech, as is defined by radio talk
show hosts too untalented to do real work. Think. They sit and talk, in the hopes
of persuading you into falling for their propaganda. People in barber shops, near
the cracker barrels, did the same for decades. Gossipy females in salons do the
same.
As someone who did work in minus 30 degree wind chills, who knows what it is to
be the chute man during concrete pours, who virtually had to play tightrope walker
during inner-city surgical demolition, who knows trench work very well, who plant-
ed scores of 75 to 150 pound trees, and who also knows the need to surgically ma-
neuver heavy equipment in a metropolis while the inspector's watching, I can assure
you that sitting in front of a microphone, calling suffering people defamatory names,
is a super easy task. Any low-life void of talent can do it. And remember, the ones
doing it are leeches of corporate advertising dollars. These talk show hosts are do-
ing nothing more than defending their meal ticket. This is a conflict of interest.
Each defamatory and hatemonger radio talk show host should be removed from the
air for lying about the First Amendment People. After all, no one has the right to cry
out, "Fire" in a crowded theater. This is why there are defamation, false light, and
libel laws in effect. The less-than-talented right wing radio talk show hosts, and their
TV counterparts, have been doing nothing more than inciting contempt and violence
against the OWS participants. They have been basically inciting a riot against the
OWS world.
By any chance, was the beating of Kayvan instigated by the lying propaganda of the
right wing radio talk show hosts who have repeatedly been giving speeches that do
nothing more than provoke the contempt that leads to the violence? People have a
way of getting influenced by radio and television. Nazi Germany is an example. The
propaganda of the Nazi Party resulted in Germany becoming a landscape of craters
and rubble. This is because the Germans brought destruction unto themselves, after
having been conned by Hitler's radio and film-reel propagandists They started out,
by doing untold violence to other nations and other races, including the bombing of
London. They ended up surrendering in mass wreckage. Therefore, following the
propaganda of liars leads to a violent end for the followers. George Bush is the one
who made the U.S. a coast to coast tragedy. Those who toted his line were his ac-

A federal judge in Tennessee specifically ruled a couple weeks ago that police in the
former confederate city of Nashville had ZERO right to arrest OWS protesters there.
The protesters were recognized as citizens exercising their First Amendment Rights
in a place traditionally known for the expression of said rights. It was public proper-
ty. Thus, America once again sees an instance where the former Confederate South
is caught engaging in its stereotypical oppression of civil rights. This shows that there
is no such thing as the "new South." It's the same old oppression. If it weren't for the

Peter Fuller Should be Commended for Warning the U.S. of Afghan Ingratitude and Scorpion Instinct
One of the ironies of the United States is that it claims itself to be a democracy, all
the while denying freedom of speech to the very military personnel inducted to pro-
tect it. In addition, one of the lies of the U.S. propagandists is that it's a democracy.
It's actually a bicameral federal Republic whose foundation stone was meant to be
electors.
Enter General Peter Fuller. What was he doing as of recent? ANS: Being a father
figure, voicing wisdom, while simultaneously venting. What actually triggered this?
ANS: Afghan Head of State, Hamid Karzai, stating that Afghanistan would side
with Pakistan in the event of a war.
The United States spent hundreds of billions of dollars and the mental health of thou-
sands of soldiers, in the effort to erase the stronghold of cold blood murderers who,
in the name of God, sought to kill unarmed civilians and off-duty military personnel
in the clandestine and cowardly way in which they did. The Afghans were housing
Terror Central. We ended that, for a while. At the very least, Karzai could have
said thank you to America. But no. He had to let America know that one day we
will have to be doing to Afghanistan what Bid Laden wished that he could have
done to us.
How much absurdity does a general like Peter Fuller have to endure? What law de-
mands him to not vent and expose the hypocrisy of people we defended? Generals
oversee the operation of numerous young men who occasionally find themselves in
harm's way. If the general has a conscience and is human, such a thing will weigh
heavily on him. This will result in a need to vent. And you mean to tell me that US
generals are not allowed to express themselves? Maybe this is why the American
government and the military's top brass were incompetently stuck in two quagmires,
aside of the fact that Bush and Cheney were giving no-bid contracts to their cronies.
Let's take back the $11.6 billion mentioned by the general. Never give to the un-

since Reagan, didn't do what was needed to be done at the time of the need. A
tree is known by its fruits. The statistics speak well enough on the topic.
The bottom line is that we need an entirely knew crew to be in charge, and if you
want to know where to look, start with the attorneys who represented victimized
immigrants in ATCA lawsuits. As was previously stated this week, ATCA stands
for Aliens Tort Claims Act and it is part of the original U.S. Constitution. Very sim-
ply, if a foreigner were wronged and takes refuge in America, the U.S. judiciary has
jurisdiction in the immigrant's claim. The ATCA is also known as the Pirate Act,
being that it was designed to help the victims of piracy who were washed ashore in
America.
Okay then, you have it. The Head of Afghanistan stated that he is willing to have
his people kill our citizens should we find ourselves at war with Pakistan. He might
soon learn that it is very costly to express ingratitude toward a nation who even gave
human life for your nation's liberation. The next time, Americans won't prop up a
puppet ruler, either. We'll take a page from the history of the Roman Empire. Inci-
dentally, Afghans need to worry about what they say about us. Americans should

Occupy Oakland Ignites into Flames at Near the Ground Zero of the Sweatshop Importation Docks
It seems that my suggested way of doing things is preferable to the mode that turned
areas near the Port of Oakland into a reenactment of Paris 1848. For the record,
the suggested style is a cross between the way of Caesar Chavez, Polish Solidarity
members, and the Duke of Wellington while he was British Prime Minister. Howev-
er, the Wednesday night confrontation doesn't negate the general thesis statement of
the Occupy Movement. In fact, the people of Oakland were being provoked by the
long-term site of a port noted for welcoming the merchandise of Chinese labor camps
and sweatshops. Yet, it didn't make what some of them did right. None the less, re-
ceiving merchandise into those docks was equivalent to receiving stolen merchandise,
robbed from the Chinese workers defrauded of their needed wages. At this point, it
would place things into perspective for you to recall the Tienanmen Square Massacre.
This is because American CEO's continue to benefit from its aftermath.
The Vietnam War Movement had its merit, in light of the fact that LBJ didn't know
how to prosecute the war and bring it to a quick end. It had its added merit in that
Nixon miscalculated the Viet Cong, in repeatedly having truces, in the hopes that the
enemy would take the time to think things out and retreat, instead of resupplying their
comrades through the Ho Chi Ming Trail. Despite the legitimate merit of the move-
ment, many Vietnam protest demonstrations ended in violence.
Concerning Wednesday night, the OccupyOakland participants infringed upon the
bottom line of Corporate America and Communist China. They blocked the path
to the goose that lays the golden eggs. As a result, the Oakland Police, despite its
expressed solidarity with the Occupy Movement, sent volleys of tear gas, flashbang
projectiles, and rubber bullets in the direction of the protesters. In the process, an
approximate 60 demonstrators were arrested, out of the 3,00 to 7,000 ones present
in Oakland. Some of the protesters restorted to vandalism and attempted violence.
Communist China has brought out the worst in America, as did the government per-
sonnel who gave America NAFTA.
Anyway ...
Try the Union artillery tactic. Pick one sweatshop importer corporation and boycott
it out of commission. Then pick two more, boycotting them until they no longer have
any financial fire power. Continue until decency returns to American business. This
technique would be like the famous Grapes & Lettuce Boycott that Walter Cronkite
continued to cover on the CBS Evening News with a tone of respect and moral ob-
ligation. Perhaps the Occupy Movement would do well to display photos of Walter
Cronkite, with a depiction of grapes and lettuce below his portrait. Adding Mother
Theresa to the Occupy iconography wouldn't hurt.
Make use of all options. This includes petitioning the Hague to prosecute American
CEO's and sponsoring available foreign sweatshop refugees in ATCA lawsuits. In
addition, start the third major political party and give it a name that won't result in it
being misinterpreted by radio talk show propagandists. You need the services of
diplomatic and articulate people, even if it seems pointless for them to perform diplo-
macy in the face of corporate greed.

detrimental to America, while simultaneously supporting the partially African Ameri-
can Barack Obama? Would this be only half racism, being that Barack possesses
as much European DNA as does Mariah Carey?
Hopefully, you can easily see his contradictions of the radio talk show host banned in
all of England. However, he is not the scary one. The scary one is every follower of
his who regards him as the ultimate teacher of current events and economics. After
all, extremely gullible people usually regard violence as a valid option of conduct, as
if such violence is a duty, if not a civil right.
It's predictable to hear right wing media predators call people who believe in courte-
sy and considerateness cowardly bleeding heart liberals. In my Latin world, such
considerate tactfulness is called being suave and cosmopolitan. The Right wing
conservative world is utterly ruthless. The scale of Chinese Sweatshop imports
proves this to be true. It proves it to be Nuremberg true.
Those who presently follow the mean spirited talk show host are reminiscent of bur-
geoning Brown Shirts. They act as his students. Therefore, he needs to teach them
composure, being that it takes far more strength and manhood to compose yourself
than to blow-up. Any coward can provoke others to anger, so as to use them as
pawns in a civil war.
There is no great mystery as to why this individual is banned in England. Nor is it a
mystery as to why his show is on radio stations that also air FoxNews reports every
half hour. Are the FoxNews people smart enough to hold airline tickets to Uruguay
and Paraguay? What is occurring throughout America is not an academic exercise.
It's not a joke, and very soon, the FoxNews people will no longer be laughing on
air. History repeats itself. The Year 2011 turned out to be a repeat performance
of 1848. The Year 1848 was the year when the Metternich System was toppled.
Those who do not learn from history are condemned to repeat said history. We
are all watching a rerun of 1848.

Oakland California Police Address an
Open Letter to Oakland's Residents
The following letter involves the recent events of Oakland California, where Iraq War
veteran Scott Olsen received a head injury, literally at the hands of the police. This
doesn't involve the University of Pittsburgh which is situated in Oakland Pennsylvania.
Oakland PA and Oakland CA are two entirely different worlds, separated by a con-
tinental shelf, a major river, and a couple thousand miles. The following is from the

the Oakland Police Officers’ Association
1 November 2011 – Oakland, Ca.
We represent the 645 police officers who work hard every day to protect the citi-
zens of Oakland. We, too, are the 99% fighting for better working conditions, fair
treatment, and the ability to provide a living for our children and families. We are
severely understaffed with many city beats remaining unprotected by police during
the day and evening hours.
As your police officers, we are confused.
On Tuesday, October 25th, we were ordered by Mayor Quan to clear out the en-
campments at Frank Ogawa Plaza and to keep the protesters out of the Plaza. We
performed the job that the mayor’s administration asked us to do, being fully aware
that past protests in Oakland have resulted in rioting, violence, and the destruction
of property.
Then, on Wednesday, October 26th, the mayor allowed protesters back in – to
camp out at the very place they were evacuated from the day before.
To add to the confusion, the Administration issued a memo on Friday, October 28th
yo all City workers in support of the “Stop Work” strike scheduled for Wednesday,
giving all employees, except for police officers, permission to take the day off.
That’s hundreds of City workers encouraged to take off work to participate in the
protest against “the establishment.” But aren’t the mayor and her administration
part of the establishment they are paying City employees to protest? Is it the City’s
intention to have City employees on both sides of a skirmish line?
It is all very confusing to us.
Meanwhile, a message has been sent to all police officers: Everyone, including those
who have the day off, must show-up for work on Wednesday. This is also being
paid for, by Oakland taxpayers. Last week’s events, alone, cost Oakland taxpay-
ers over $1 million.
The mayor and her administration are beefing-up the police presence for Wednes-
day’s work strike that they are encouraging and even “staffing,” spending hundreds
of thousands of taxpayer dollars for the additional police presence – at a time when
the mayor is also asking Oakland residents to vote on an $80 parcel tax to bail out
the City’s failing finances.
All of these mixed messages are confusing.
We love Oakland and simply want to do our jobs to protect Oakland residents. We
respectfully ask the citizens of Oakland to join us in demanding that our City officials,
including Mayor Quan, make sound decisions and take responsibility for these deci-
sions. Oakland is struggling. We need real leaders NOW who will step up and lead;
not send mixed messages. Thank you for listening.
