Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the message being given to the youth of America is that
serving the United States faithfully will get you a broken body and soul when you re-
turn home. Thus far, the Occupy Oakland Movement, one of the most pivotal OWS
affiliates in the land, has resulted in two Iraqi War vets getting seriously injured at the
hands of Oakland's finest ... Oakland's finest thugs who apparently were never taught
that a police officer's qualified immunity evaporates in the presence of police malice.
The Occupy Oakland participants, stationed near City Hall, have received their third
eviction notice. The excuse for the eviction was one fatal shooting which took place
near the encampment, despite the claim that the people involved in the shooting were
not a part of the movement. Now, murders have occurred in Oakland long before
the OWS Movement came to town. It's just that, this time, murder came too close
to City Hall for comfort. Later, the lack of sanitation would be cited as the cause.
Fair enough.
At this point in time, there are three observations that need to be taken to heart, in
light of what Oakland police did to a gainfully employed, non-violent, and honorab-
ly discharged Iraqi War veteran who ever so coincidentally possesses an Iranian-
Persian name:
1} If you are walking alone toward a place where more than two cops are gathered,
and none of them are holding doughnuts, you need to immediately go in the oppo-
site direction. You are prey to be pounced, especially if you don't look Anglo
Saxon white. At the least, don't be surprised if the police engage in an element
of harassment at your expense. At the very very very least, they will make you
feel uneasy, as if you walking is dependent upon their divine approval.
2} Wherever there is the presence of organized crime and government corruption,
there are always police officers on the take.
3} The most dangerous police officer in the world is the one who doesn't understand
the law of (conditional) qualified immunity, and that said immunity disappears in
the presence of police malice. Such an officer is clueless to the implications of
Nuremberg, Andersonville, Tokyo, the Ceauşescu Trials, the Knapp Commis-
sion, the Wickerham Commission, the Frank Jude, Jr case, and things similar.
On Wednesday night, a gainfully employed small business co-owner, in possession
of an Iranian/Persian name, was on his way home, after having participated in an Oc-
cupy Oakland march. He is also an Iraqi War veteran who served on the side of the
United States. Being that he had to go to work in the morning, he elected to head
home, as soon as the march ended. However, the police refused to allow him his
right-of-way, in order for him to get home. His female business partner told the me-
dia that his apartment was literally visible from where he was standing. However, he
was suddenly no longer standing. The police jumped him, as would thugs in a back
alley mugging. The war veteran was doing nothing violent. He was simply trying to
get home.
The Iraqi War veteran's name is Kayvan Sabeghi and he was eventually admitted to
Highland General Hospital's intensive care unit, being that the Oakland police literally
ruptured his spleen. Now, the outrage of the police was augmented by the fact that
Kayvan's plea for medical attention was ignored ... for 18 hours. I personally know
what it is to be crushed at the heal between two 2,430 lb steel beams. Thus, I know
what happens to a person two to three hours after the point of impact, whenever a
brutal degree of physical trauma is involved. Therefore, I personally experienced at
least one of Kayvan's symptoms, and it WILL double you over.
Add to that all else which ensues during the course of a ruptured spleen, and even
though you probably won't feel his pain, you will at least be inclined to acknowledge
the intensity of it, unless of course, you are a right wing radio talk show or FoxNews
commentator who has been doing nothing more than incite animosity and the ensuing
violence against the OWS participants. So, this is the gratitude extended to Kayvan
for serving in the United States military. Incidentally, the name Kayvan means Saturn.

At this point, keep in mind that anyone with the name of Kayvan is not likely to look
like the stereotypical White Anglo Saxon good ole boy, as if there's any other color
to attribute to Anglo Saxons than white. Now, the beating of the Iranian-American
was a public relations debacle which will predictably destroy the Oakland police de-
partment's image in the eyes of Iranians everywhere, U.S. war veterans everywhere,
persons who know severe physical trauma everywhere, persons everywhere who
don't look white, and police officers who instantaneously realize that civilians will be-
come more distrustful of the police everywhere, to the point of regarding them as the
enemy of the people. This is an efficient police force, to say the least, which makes
one wonder who are the good guys and who are the bad ones. In as much, a badge
doesn't automatically mean that the person wearing it is one of the good guys.
An outrage greater than the beating of Kayvan was the willful refusal to get him his
needed emergency medical attention, while he was in police custody. In light of this,
if the Frank Jude Jr case can result in the federal convictions of several Wisconsin
police officers, then the Kayvan Sabeghi case can do the same for California ones.
And you wonder why there were the Watts Riots and the Rodney King Riots? Of
course, the fact that the police allowed Kayvan to be denied immediate emergency
medical treatment is what reasonably is regarded as criminal conduct, for the pur-
poses of proving criminal guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It's interesting how the
Oakland police elected to brutalize two vets whose records show them to not be
the dregs of society that pampered and cozy radio talk show hosts claim the OWS
participants to be. The Oakland Police must have had a hex put on it by a Voodoo
Lady out from New Orleans. This is Murphy's Law squared and cubed.
The presence of Kayvan at the Occupy Oakland rally proves false the snide claim of
the stereotypical right wing radio talk show host who has been incessantly stating that
the OWS participants are nothing more than a bunch of parasites who don't want to
work. Kayvan worked. In fact, the first wounded Occupy Oakland vet had a job,
too. Quite frankly, if there is a lazy person who doesn't want to work in America, it's
the radio talk show host who doesn't even put forth outlays of statistical facts on air.
It's the radio talk show host who twists things to the point of telling lies. This includes
the person who told Barbara Walters that he never checks facts ... that he's only a
"commentator," ... apparently only commenting on his make-believe world.
Incidentally, the other Iraqi War veteran wounded by the Oakland Police was a se-
curity software engineer. Thus, he wasn't a dreg or leech, as is defined by radio talk
show hosts too untalented to do real work. Think. They sit and talk, in the hopes
of persuading you into falling for their propaganda. People in barber shops, near
the cracker barrels, did the same for decades. Gossipy females in salons do the
same.
As someone who did work in minus 30 degree wind chills, who knows what it is to
be the chute man during concrete pours, who virtually had to play tightrope walker
during inner-city surgical demolition, who knows trench work very well, who plant-
ed scores of 75 to 150 pound trees, and who also knows the need to surgically ma-
neuver heavy equipment in a metropolis while the inspector's watching, I can assure
you that sitting in front of a microphone, calling suffering people defamatory names,
is a super easy task. Any low-life void of talent can do it. And remember, the ones
doing it are leeches of corporate advertising dollars. These talk show hosts are do-
ing nothing more than defending their meal ticket. This is a conflict of interest.
Each defamatory and hatemonger radio talk show host should be removed from the
air for lying about the First Amendment People. After all, no one has the right to cry
out, "Fire" in a crowded theater. This is why there are defamation, false light, and
libel laws in effect. The less-than-talented right wing radio talk show hosts, and their
TV counterparts, have been doing nothing more than inciting contempt and violence
against the OWS participants. They have been basically inciting a riot against the
OWS world.
By any chance, was the beating of Kayvan instigated by the lying propaganda of the
right wing radio talk show hosts who have repeatedly been giving speeches that do
nothing more than provoke the contempt that leads to the violence? People have a
way of getting influenced by radio and television. Nazi Germany is an example. The
propaganda of the Nazi Party resulted in Germany becoming a landscape of craters
and rubble. This is because the Germans brought destruction unto themselves, after
having been conned by Hitler's radio and film-reel propagandists They started out,
by doing untold violence to other nations and other races, including the bombing of
London. They ended up surrendering in mass wreckage. Therefore, following the
propaganda of liars leads to a violent end for the followers. George Bush is the one
who made the U.S. a coast to coast tragedy. Those who toted his line were his ac-
complices. They proliferated his lie.

Lying is an act of violence that seeks to hide the truth. It brings to liars the violence
they sought to inflict on others through their lies. Do unto to others as you would

be done to you. An Oakland resident was simply trying to walk home, and for this,
the police gave him a ruptured spleen.
The Oakland Police made things worse by first issuing an open letter that made them
appear to be nice guys in solidarity with the worldwide OWS movement, and then by
playing the role of stinging scorpions who ruptured a working man's spleen. Having
denied him immediate medical attention sealed the deal, for the future. The brutal
beating of Kayvan is the reason why there is a worldwide OWS movement.
In the Former Confederate South, a Federal Judge
Stops the Oppression of First Amendment Rights
A federal judge in Tennessee specifically ruled a couple weeks ago that police in the
former confederate city of Nashville had ZERO right to arrest OWS protesters there.
The protesters were recognized as citizens exercising their First Amendment Rights
in a place traditionally known for the expression of said rights. It was public proper-
ty. Thus, America once again sees an instance where the former Confederate South
is caught engaging in its stereotypical oppression of civil rights. This shows that there
is no such thing as the "new South." It's the same old oppression. If it weren't for the
existence of the federal government, the South would be frozen in the Year 1860.

Here in the South, the older natives insist on calling America's great tragedy the War
between the States. No, no, no. States weren't randomly fighting amongst each oth-
er. There was one battle line placed between two enemies ... the Slave Economy
South vs. the North who was having its economy sabotaged by the unfair trade that
results from slave labor profiteering. It was no war between the States. It was a full
blown civil war originally designed to "save the Union." Then northerners started to
realize that slavery was the problem, because saving the union, but keeping slavery
in tact, still sabotages the Northern economy. Then came the human element, where
people started to feel for the slaves of the South ... to a degree.
Chinese sweatshop importation is making America a Ghost Town Nation. This fac-
tor, alone, was enough to motivate the emergence of the OWS Movement. Each
media broadcaster whose paychecks come from corporate advertising dollars has
a conflict of interest. This means that right wing talk radio's condemnation of the
OWS movement rides on dishonest ulterior motives. Such right wing broadcast-
ers simply want to continue to receive the paychecks given to them by their 1%
paymasters. They had the obligation to recuse themselves from the OWS case,
in the court of public opinion. They didn't do so. Thus, they are disgraces to
journalism, as well as being corporate advertising dollar leeches.
These propagandists, along with the corporate paymasters who toss them their dog
biscuits, suck the blood of Chinese sweatshop workers ... and those of Bangladesh
... and Nepal ... and Latin America, etc. Those who speak in defense of the foreign
sweatshop profiteering economy have shown that they would be equally pleased to
see the sum total of the American citizenry become a nation of lowly paid workers.
What they are willing to let be done to Chinese sweatshop workers they are willing
to let be done to you. They are no different than the Johnny Rebs of the Confeder-
ate South who defended chattel slavery and then paid for it, at the hands of Union
soldiers who got so sick of the loud and disrespectful mouths of Southern women
that they had little emotional reservation over torching the South. Ironically enough,
the Republican Red States which support the foreign slave labor economy comprise
the former Slave-thriving Southern States. The role of hostile Confederate woman is
now being played by radio talk show hosts. Welcome to the New World Disorder.
It's the same world we saw in the 19th Century. Nothing is new here.
